심볼설명

'부산국제환경디자인문화포럼'(BieDFO) 심볼의 디자인컨셉은 '포럼'의 의미를 강조하여 조형화시킨 심볼로서 포럼의 사전적 의미는「공개 장소, 공공 광장, 공개 토론(장), (TV 등의) 공개 토론 프로,(여론의) 심판」을 뜻합니다. 이러한 사전적 의미와 BieDFO 창립취지의 내용을 담아 부산의 환경디자인 전문가들이 모여 디자인을 통한 매력적인 도시 공간창조, 아름다운 도시, 부산을 만들기 위한 열띤 토론들과 바람직한 대안을 모색한다는 의미들을 대화를 상징하는 말풍선 형태로 조형화 하였으며 BieDFO(비드포)이니셜 'O' 의 원형태는 이러한 뜻을 함께하는 관련분야 사람들의 만남의 장, 대화의 장, 나눔의 장을 의미합니다.

Concept

The design concept of symbol of 'Busan International Environmental Design & Cultural Forum' is made with emphasizing meaning of 'Forum'. Forum's lexical meaning is「showcase, public plaza, open debate, (TV and so on of) open forum,
(public opinion of) judgment」.
The symbol is made with a word balloon style as a symbol of conversation by experts in environment design in busan. In other words, the symbol means to debate and make effective counterproposal for 'Beautiful Busan' and 'Attractive Urban Community' with the lexical meaning and the organizing object of BieDFO,
The circle form of BieDFO initials 'O' means space of meeting, conversation, and
sharing for the people who want to achieve the purpose.
